Greg moved to the Sunshine Coast from Tasmania in 2018. In Tasmania, he held a number of senior leadership roles in a range of different areas within the Electricity Industry, before moving into Aged Care in 2012. He has also run his own consulting business for a number of years specialising in conflict resolution and mediation.

Greg has qualifications in Finance, Psychology, Mediation, and Company Directorship. His senior leadership roles have been in Finance, HR, Business Development, and line management. He has been the CEO of a number of companies, as well as a director of numerous organisations.

Jane has held a number of senior leadership roles for 20 years, starting in the Energy Industry before moving into Local Government in 2020. Jane's background is in Marketing, Customer Service, Customer Experience, Community Engagement, Culture Change and Leadership.

Jane is most passionate about creating mentally healthy workplaces and helping businesses to design work environments where people can feel safe and thrive. 

Jane has qualifications in Economics, Mental Health First Aid, is a Certified Practitioner in Community Engagement (IAP2), accreditation to coach the Womans Leadership Archetypes and, is currently studying A Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellness.
